Process

KES Consulting was tasked with developing the main website for AAACDFCI working with Ghostnote Agency. Ghostnote managed the process from end to end by first developing the new brand identity for AAACDFCI. As that process was started, KES gathered requirements and started architecting the site and choosing the framework to build the site on. The thought process was to choose something that is user-friendly and also extensible. We arrived at Wordpress. The organization has an internal tool that needed to be developed as a web application and integrated with the website. We decided to develop a custom wordpress plugin that addressed those requirements and eliminated the need for external dependencies. The UI for the plugin was developed using React.
